BOOK YOUR ISLAND EXPERIENCE TODAY!
Please read the following information carefully. Then pick up the phone and get ready to experience the real Caribbean . . . your way!
Reservation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $400 confirms your space. Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure. All payments may be made by money order or credit card. Upon receipt of final payment, we’ll send you a comprehensive trip information package containing a detailed itinerary, a clothing/gear list and other useful information.
Airlines: Unless otherwise noted, all trips start and end in Nevis, West Indies. Flights to Nevis stop over in San Juan, Puerto Rico, St. Martin, St. Kitts or Antigua. Flights also may be booked directly to St. Kitts, from which a ferry or speedboat takes you to Nevis. As part of your trip package, Island Experiences can help you arrange your travel itinerary.
Cancellation by the Traveler: All cancellations must be in writing. Because we cannot offer refunds for traveler-cancelled trips for any reason, we strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance in case you must cancel your trip. Travel insurance will cover cancellation penalties in certain circumstances. (Note: Such insurance will not cover a change of mind). You are free to purchase travel insurance from your insurer of choice; however, for your convenience, Island Experiences also offers competitively priced travel insurance.
Cancellation by the Travel Company: Island Experiences reserves the right to change an itinerary or cancel any trip due to Acts of God, inclement weather, equipment failure, under subscription, or any unforeseen problem. In the event Island Experiences cancels a trip, clients will receive a refund of monies received or credit towards a future trip. Island Experiences is not responsible for any other trip preparation expenses, i.e., airline tickets or hotel charges.
Documents: As of December 31, 2006, all U.S. citizens need a passport to enter the Caribbean, Bermuda, Canada, and Central and South America. These passports must be valid for at least six months after your return date back to the United States. For more information, visit the following government website: http://travel.state.gov/travel/cbpmc/cbpmc_2225.html
Liability: All participants prior to each trip must sign a release of liability form. Participation will not be allowed on our trips without a signed release of liability form, and there will be no trip fee refund in case of accident.
Responsibility: Island Experiences, Inc. and cooperating agencies act only in the capacity of agent for the passengers in all matters relating to transportation, hotels, and other reservations and do not assume any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to any act or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person, including Island Experiences, Inc., its employees and agents rendering any of the services included on the trip for any circumstances beyond their direct control. On the receipt of deposit by Island Experiences, Inc., the passenger agrees to the above terms.
