This exclusive, high-value Adventure provides in one all-inclusive package the very best of Nevis: recreational variety, authentic cuisine, and cultural tours. Your Trip Director, Gwen Pullman Trucco, will select your accommodations – either a quaint sugar plantation converted to an inn, or charming Caribbean cottages.

Each day’s itinerary, which can be adapted to the preferences of the group, will feature an optional recreational activity. Cultural tours explore colonial Charlestown, the Hamilton Estate, and other historical sites. You’ll enjoy a cocktail cruise aboard a catamaran, a speedboat ride and beachside lunch. Each evening of our stay we’ll sample a different type of native cuisine, and check out the spontaneous Nevis nightlife.

This sample itinerary for our Guided Group Adventure is designed for six to twelve persons and may be custom tailored to the needs of the group. Most activities described below will be offered, but exact dates and times may vary.

Day One

Afternoon arrival at Nevis Island. Cocktails and welcome dinner. You’ll have the evening free to get to know your fellow Adventurers!

Day Two

Enjoy a hearty breakfast, then a three-hour hike through Nevis’ legendary rain forest. Gourmet lunch is at a lovely historic inn. Spend the afternoon as you like, but please join us for cocktails and dinner.

Day Three

After breakfast we’ll mountain bike off road to see ruins, villages and vistas not accessible by car. After a relaxing alfresco lunch on the beach, try a windsurfing lesson in the clear blue Nevis waters! Kick back for a few hours of private time, and then we’ll dine on native cuisine at one of our favorite local beach bars.

Day Four

We’ll breakfast, then set out on a cultural tour to explore one or more of the island’s historical sites: Fothergill’s, an authentic re-creation of an historic village; the Eden Brown estate, which according to legend is haunted; and the last operational sugar plantation. Lunch is at a well-known beachside gathering spot.  An afternoon catamaran cocktail cruise to a bay off St. Kitts includes snorkeling and socializing. We’ll regroup for another great dinner.

Day Five

Here’s your opportunity to create the perfect “Day on Nevis” for yourself! After breakfast, we’ll help you schedule whatever activity piques your interest: horseback riding or sailing lesson, a visit to Nevis’s renowned Botanical Gardens, a massage or a trip to town. We reassemble for a group dinner.

Day Six

Eat a hearty breakfast, because we’ll be hiking up the spectacular Nevis Peak! We cap off the hike with a tranquil and rejuvenating lunch on the beach. The remainder of the day includes downtime for relaxation. Dinner will be at a top Nevis eatery known for its fresh fish, salads and native dishes.

Day Seven

After breakfast we’ll head for town to check out the bustling village market, where locals sell homegrown vegetables. Then we’ll board a speedboat for an exhilarating ride to a remote Caribbean bay for snorkeling. We’ll wrap up the morning with lunch on St. Kitts, then spend an hour or two relaxing before heading back to Nevis Island. Our final evening in paradise will be celebrated at a farewell dinner with your fellow Adventurers.

Day Eight

We depart Nevis and bid good-bye to our fellow Adventurers . . . with a promise to return soon to this island jewel.

While most of activities are included in the overall trip fee, please note that certain items such as free time recreational activities and beverages constitute an additional expense (see list below for exclusions.)

Our inclusive Ultimate Nevis Adventure is offered to you at a competitive cost. Pricing is provided in one “full package” amount, without itemization of individual expenses. The Adventure includes seven nights lodging, five lunches, seven dinners, transportation within Nevis Island, all scheduled activities mentioned in the above itinerary, transfers to and from Nevis Airport, professional guide service, and hotel taxes.

Not included: Transfers from the St. Kitts airport, if needed (however, arrangements can be made at no charge), trip cancellation/delay insurance (highly recommended), airfare and other costs associated with travel to and from your point of trip commencement, all beverages including cocktails, “free time” activities, end-of-tour gratuities (not required but customary and strongly encouraged), telephone calls, laundry service and other personal expenses, expenses incurred due to inclement weather and other acts of God, altered road or trail conditions, flight delays, or other unforeseen security issues. While we will be traveling during peak season and do not anticipate inclement weather, no refunds will be provided should we encounter same.
